Barry W. Davidson
Mr. Davidson has represented parties in federal and state insolvency proceedings throughout Washington since 1977, with an emphasis on state court receiverships and business reorganizations under Chapter 11. During this time, Mr. Davidson has served as a court-appointed receiver, counsel to the receiver, or counsel to the debtor in numerous engagements involving the management and sale of business assets.
Mr. Davidson has also presented continuing education programs on receivership that have been sponsored by the Washington State Bar Association and local bar associations, as well as professional organizations such as the Northwest Bankruptcy Institute, and trade organizations.
Mr. Davidson is a member of the Receivership Taskforce of the Washington State Bar Association’s Debtor/Creditor Section, providing recommendations to the Washington State Legislature regarding the Washington State Receivership Act.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][us_separator size=”custom” height=”80px”][us_person image=”9526″ name=”Barry W.
